General Considerations
All matches will be played to a set of 21 points with a difference of 2 points to win. That is to say, the score can
be 27-25, 30-28, etc.
All matches will be played under the official beach volleyball rules.
In the event of a tie in the group stage, the following tie-breaking criteria shall be used:

Result of the direct confrontation.
